Frozen ‘Boo-nana’ ghosts with ice cream

Ingredients
- 4 medium-large bananas
- Handful of dark chocolate drops
- Ice cream
- Lemon Infused Olive Oil
- Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
Method
Peel the bananas, cut in half and place on a tray.
Add two chocolate eyes and a mouth and, if you like, cut the chocolate drops up to make eyebrows to make them look even more spooky.
Freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours (they can be frozen for up to a week).
Once frozen, serve with vanilla ice cream drizzled with Lemon Infused Olive Oil and Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic.
