Ready In 25 mins
- 1 ripe avocado
- Half a finely chopped red onion and/or 1spring onion
- 5 chopped cherry tomatoes
- Handful chopped coriander Good glug of Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil
- Rock salt + black pepper
- Fresh lime if you want some extra zing!
- Mash the avocado into a bowl, or chop if you prefer a chunkier guacamole.
- Finely chop all of the other ingredients and add to the bowl with a big glug of the Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil
- Give half a fresh lime a squeeze if you want even more zing!
- With crisps, tortilla chips or veg sticks as a dip, as a side with Mexican food, in a jacket potato or sweet potato, in a wrap, with potato wedges…basically as often as possible!
