Lime and chilli garlic scallops
Ready In 30 mins
- Fry the scallops in the Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil or Chilli & Garlic Infused Olive Oil for about 1 minute until golden, then flip them over and cook on the other side for 1 minute more.
- Squeeze over the juice of the lime. Finish off with a drizzle of Garlic & Ginger Infused Balsamic, the roughly chopped coriander and salt and pepper
- On a bed of rocket salad as a starter, or with stir fried vegetables, noodles, rice, quinoa or another grain as a main course.
