Port Chutney

Ingredients
- 1 red onion
- 4cm ginger
- 2 red chillies
- 50ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 450g blackberries
- 45g caster sugar
- DRESSINGS
- 50ml Chilli Infused Balsamic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
- Soften the onions for around 5 minutes in the olive oil with the pinch of salt. Add the sugar and cook for a further few minutes.
- Pour in the Port and the Chilli Infused Balsamic and on quite a high heat reduce the mixture down until thick and sticky.
- SERVE
- With our delicious Stilton & Walnut Pate. You can also enjoy on paninis, wraps, sandwiches, and on a ploughman’s or cheese board.
