Method

  • Soften the onions for around 5 minutes in the olive oil with the pinch of salt. Add the sugar and cook for a further few minutes.
  • Pour in the Port and the Chilli Infused Balsamic and on quite a high heat reduce the mixture down until thick and sticky.
  • SERVE
  • With our delicious Stilton & Walnut Pate. You can also enjoy on panini’s, wraps, sandwiches, and on a ploughman’s or cheese board.
