
Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel

Serves 4

Ingredients
- 50g Cream cheese
- 2 Bagels
- 100g Smoked salmon
- 2 Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Handful of capers
- Side salad
- Dressing
- 1 Tbsp Classic Balsamic
- 3 Tbsp Lemon Infused Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat grill to 180°C
- Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices
- Cut the bagels in half and toast lightly under a grill
- Spread cream cheese generously on both halves of the toasted bagels
- Remove the pepper skins
- Add the salmon to both halves, then top with your tomatoes and capers
- Serve each half with a drizzle of Classic Balsamic and Lemon Infused Olive Oil and a side salad.
