Method

  • Preheat grill to 180°C
  • Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices
  • Cut the bagels in half and toast lightly under a grill
  • Spread cream cheese generously on both halves of the toasted bagels
  • Remove the pepper skins
  • Add the salmon to both halves, then top with your tomatoes and capers
  • Serve each half with a drizzle of Classic Balsamic and Lemon Infused Olive Oil and a side salad.
