Silky Vegan Chocolate Mousse
The best vegan chocolate mousse in under 10 minutes!

Serves 2 - 4
- Refrigerate the coconut milk, preferably overnight to thicken
- Once cold, open the tin and transfer only the thick part to a bowl, discard the watery part if any. (Try not to shake the can, because you want the cream separate from the water underneath)
- Using an electric mixer whip the coconut milk until smooth and a little thicker.
- Add the remaining ingredients and whip until it forms a mousse-like texture.
- Spoon into dishes, cover with cling film and chill in fridge before serving.
- Drizzle with Black Cherry or Chocolate & Coffee Balsamic to serve!
