Ham and spring onion omelette

We’ve added a twist to the recipe by drizzling a chilli and garlic infused olive oil and orange and ginger infused balsamic for a hot and sweet chilli sensation, and served with a simple crunchy salad with a drizzled with chilli pepper infused olive oil and caramelised onion balsamic to create a meal full of flavours.

This dish can be prepared in under 20 minutes. The crunchiness of the lettuce, dressed with a pomegranate & fig balsamic, and warm taste of salmon, with the drizzle of lemon infused olive oil, gives this salad great flavours.
