Devil chicken wings

- Preheat oven 210c.
- Combine Passata, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and gently stir the chicken by hand until the wings are well coated.
- Place on a baking tray and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes until the chicken is crispy and golden brown. Turn the chicken occasionally and brush extra mixture onto the wings if needed.
- Serve on a bed of rocket and drizzle the wings with Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil and Caramelised Onion Infused Balsamic.
