Fig mozzarella salad
Ready In 20 mins
- Chop and then blanch the green beans for 2 minutes.
- Toast the pine nuts for 2 minutes in a dry pan.
- Tear the mozzarella, quarter the figs, chop the shallot, and tear the basil and put them with the green beans into a serving bowl.
- Once the pine nuts are toasted pop them on top.
- Season and then pour over the Basil Infused Olive Oil with the Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
- As a main dish or side to lamb or other meats, grains, pittas and dips.
