Goats cheese beetroot

- Beetroot Soft goats cheese
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
- Chop the beetroot into chunks and add to a bowl.
- Slice up the goats cheese and add to the beetroot.
- Grind black pepper over the mixture, and drizzle over plenty of the Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
- With green salads, on pitta breads, wraps or crackers, as a side at a picnic or BBQ.
