Ingredients

Method

Mix the eggs with the milk.

Heat the  Sicilian Olive Oil in a medium non-stick frying pan, 1/4 of the egg mix to the pan.

Add 1/4 of the chopped spring onion.

Sprinkle on a handful of ham and optional cheese.

Continue cooking until just set in the centre, flip where necessary.

Serve straight from the pan, drizzle Chilli & Garlic Infused Olive Oil and  Orange & Ginger Infused Balsamic over the finished omelette once served.

Repeat 3 times until all 4 omelettes are cooked.

Serve with a crunchy salad, drizzled with 3 tbsp of chilli pepper infused olive oil and 1 tbsp of caramelised onion balsamic to create a meal full of flavours.
