Ham and spring onion omelette

Mix the eggs with the milk.
Heat the Sicilian Olive Oil in a medium non-stick frying pan, 1/4 of the egg mix to the pan.
Add 1/4 of the chopped spring onion.
Sprinkle on a handful of ham and optional cheese.
Continue cooking until just set in the centre, flip where necessary.
Repeat 3 times until all 4 omelettes are cooked.
