Hummus and Pitta

- Preheat the oven to 180c
- Place pitta breads on a baking having sprinkled a small amount of water on both sides
- Rinse the chickpeas in cold water and tip into your food proces
- Add the tahini, garlic, salt and lemon juice to the mix
- Turn the food processor on and slowly pour in the Premium Sicilian olive oil while it runs
- When the mixture is fully combined and smooth, tip into a serving dish
- Drizzle with our chilli and garlic infused olive oil and orange and ginger balsamic
- Decorate with whole chickpeas
- Remove pita breads from the oven and cut into slices
