- Reserve Balsamic
Method
- Shave parmesan over rocket leaves
- Dress with 3 parts Truffle Infused Olive Oil to 1 part Reserve Balsamic
- Add black pepper to taste
- SERVE
- Alongside steak, stuffed mushrooms, eggs, with pasta or pizza.
