- Start by putting the tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
- Spread tomato purée over the wrap until only the edges are uncovered.
- Lightly sprinkle with a handful of cheese.
- Grab the toppings you have in your fridge and load to your pizza base. Our favourites are sweetcorn, chicken, peppers and tomatoes.
- Cover your toppings with more mozzarella
- Bake for 5-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the base has started to crisp.
- Season to taste and serve with a drizzle Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Classic Balsamic to enhance the overall flavours of your pizza.
