
Tabbouleh with mint infused olive oil

Serves 4

Ingredients
Bulgur wheat
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh mint
- Tomatoes
- Cucumber
- Mild white onion
- 3 tbsp Mint Infused Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
Method
- Cook the bulgur wheat according to the instructions on the packet. Allow to cool.
- Finely chop all of the other ingredients and add them to a serving bowl.
- Mix in the cooled wheat bulgar, and then drizzle over plenty of the Mint Infused Olive Oil & Pomegranate & Fig Infused Balsamic
- SERVE
- As a delicious lunch or light dinner, or enjoy alongside pittas, hummus, falafels, meat or fish.
