Ingredients
- Cucumber Spring onions
- Carrots White cabbage
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh coriander
- Crushed peanuts (optional)
- Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil
- Garlic & Ginger Infused Balsamic
Method
- Finely slice (if you have one, use a mandolin or spiralizer to make this quick and easily) cucumber, carrots, white cabbage and spring onions.
- In a separate jar add sesame seeds, fresh coriander and crushed peanuts with 2 parts Lime & Chilli Infused Olive Oil to 1 part Garlic & Ginger Infused Balsamic
- Pour over the veg and coat well.
- SERVE
- As a side to meat or seafood, stir fry or noodles.
