We love sprouts salad

Serves 4
Ingredients
- Raw left over sprouts (ideally the small, young ones)
- 1 or 2 Coxs apples
- Block of strong cheddar cheese
- Handful of walnuts
- Sea salt and black pepper
- DRESSING
- 1 part Alentejan Portuguese Olive Oil to 1 part Red Wine Vinegar
Method
- Slice the apples and cover with lemon juice to stop them from going brown. Slice the raw sprouts thinly and put into your serving bowl.
- Dice up the cheddar into chunks and chop the walnuts and add both to the bowl.
- Once the apple is soaked in lemon add that to the bowl too.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper, and then dress with a good drizzle of the Alentejan Portuguese Olive Oil & Red Wine Vinegar
