Ingredients

Method

  • Soak wooden skewers in water (or use metal ones) and then thread the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls and basil leaves on to them, alternating between the three ingredients.
  • Drizzle with Olive Oil and season with sea salt and cracked black pepper.
  • Put a sheet of tin foil over a hot BBQ and cook on each side until the tomatoes are charred and the mozzarella is melting.
  • Reserve Balsamic
  • SERVE
  • As a main dish or as a side with BBQ meats, fish, mushrooms, salads, corn, potatoes or other BBQ foods.
