- Roast ham
- Apples
- Celery
- Red onion
- Good quality cheddar cheese
- Chopped walnuts
- Sicilian Olive Oil
- Chilli Infused Balsamic
Method
- Core and roughly chop the apple, red onion, celery sticks and the cheese.
- Chop and mix in the walnuts.
- Drizzle with 3 parts Sicilian Olive Oilto 1 part Chilli Infused Balsamic
